What Exchange does#

Exchange obtains a fixed-rate provider quote for the selected pair and amount. You review the quote, create an order and then fund that order. Browsing assets or requesting a quote does not transfer funds.

The fixed rate applies to the provider leg under the order’s funding conditions. It does not fix the price of a separate Uniswap swap before or after that leg. The final token amount on a route ending in a wallet swap is still an estimate.

Choose the receiving and refund wallets#

The receiving address must be valid for the receiving network. The refund address must be a wallet you control on the sending network. The app can prefill a connected EVM address; verify the address and network yourself before continuing.

An EVM address can have the same spelling on several chains, but its balances are separate. A Bitcoin or Solana address is not an Ethereum address. The network badge next to the asset is part of your selection.

Do not use a centralized exchange deposit address as your refund wallet. That exchange may not credit a provider refund or a transfer missing its required memo.

Review, create, fund#

1. Enter the amount and select Review exchange. Resolve any minimum-amount or route-availability message.
2. Read the quote and any additional wallet-swap steps. A change to the pair, amount or wallet requires a fresh quote.
3. Confirm the order while the quote is valid. The order has its own deposit deadline, which can differ from the quote review timer.
4. Save the order receipt. Copy the funding address from that order and send the exact asset and amount on the specified source network. Include a memo if the funding instructions require one.
5. Wait for the source transaction and then the destination transfer. Use the order’s tracking panel and explorer links.

When a token needs a wallet swap#

Assets marked via Uniswap use a separate wallet transaction. A source token may first become ETH on its own chain, followed by the provider exchange. If the selected destination token needs a DEX route, the provider first delivers ETH and your receiving wallet executes the final swap.

For a supported token ↔ ETH pair on the same chain, the app can offer a wallet-only swap instead of a cross-chain order. The review screen tells you which steps will actually run.

Each on-chain swap has its own approval, gas cost and minimum output. Read Assets & networks before using a stock or another wallet-swap asset.

After you pay#

Keep the order ID and source transaction hash. The app refreshes active order statuses approximately every five seconds. A source transaction being successful means the deposit was sent; it does not by itself mean the receiving transfer has arrived.

If the page refreshes, recover the existing order instead of funding a replacement. Exchange restores tracking without reviving old funding instructions. The recovery guide explains delayed transfers, refunds and expired orders.
