Tracking & recovery
Understand every order status and recover an interrupted exchange.
My transactions
Open Transactions in the app navigation. Filter Pending, Completed or Needs attention; search by token, network, wallet or order ID. Expand a row for full addresses, explorer links, timestamps and its receipt. Open order returns to the existing route without creating a second exchange.
Pending records refresh in small batches while the app is visible. A failed status check keeps the last known result, and stale records are marked. Provider-reported completion is distinct from independently verified delivery. A route requiring a final wallet swap stays under Needs attention until that step is confirmed.
Durations are approximate: they start when an order was created here and end at the provider completion timestamp when available, otherwise when completion was first observed, including time waiting for payment. Closing the app delays that observation. Earlier records may lack timestamps or amounts; these are never invented. Add order recovers an earlier exchange by ID; it cannot automatically discover every past order from a wallet address. Wallet approvals, swaps and staking actions appear as separate on-chain steps.
Keep an order receipt
After creating an order, use Save receipt and keep its order ID private. Retain the sending transaction hash, networks, assets, expected receiving wallet and payment time. These identify the existing exchange if the tab closes or a provider needs to investigate.
The Transactions tab keeps exchanges, wallet swaps and staking transactions in this browser across reloads and tab closures. It shows source and destination networks, amounts, wallets, dates, elapsed time and the latest known status. This is device-local history, not an account synced between browsers. Clearing site data removes it; use Export for a private backup and Import on another device.
Never send a private key, seed phrase, wallet password or old private pool note as an exchange-support attachment.
Understand the status
| Status | Meaning and next step |
|---|---|
| Waiting for your transfer | The order has not recognized a deposit. If you already sent it, check its source transaction; do not automatically send another payment. |
| Transfer detected / received | The deposit has been detected. The provider may still need confirmations and processing. |
| Exchanging your funds | The provider is processing the exchange. Keep tracking the same order. |
| Sending / confirming on the destination | The payout is being sent or confirmed. Use the destination explorer link when it appears. |
| Provider reports completion | The provider reports a completed exchange; this is not an independent confirmation for every token type. Check the receiving asset and network. |
| Waiting for delivery confirmation | The provider reports completion, but a supported native payout has no independently confirmed receipt yet. Tracking continues. |
| Funds delivered · verified on-chain | The native payout passed the app’s destination-chain checks. A separate final wallet swap, if selected, can still remain. |
| Delivery needs attention | The returned transaction does not confirm the expected delivery. Preserve the receipt and investigate before any further payment. |
| Refund in progress / provider reports a refund | A refund is being processed or reported. Check the actual refund transfer on the source network. |
| Deposit window expired | The funding window ended. Do not fund an old address. A payment already sent still needs to be tracked. |
| Transfer delayed / needs attention | Processing or verification needs attention. Keep the order reference and check the source and destination transactions. |
Reopen an existing order
- Open Exchange and select the mode used for that order.
- Expand Track an existing order or Track an existing Advanced order.
- Enter the saved order ID and select Track order.
- Check the live status and explorer links. Use Refresh status when needed.
A recovered order is the same exchange, not a new request to pay. Keep the receipt until the funds or refund arrive. Tracking remains available when staking is closed.
A wallet swap was interrupted
If you already signed and submitted a transaction, check its existing hash first. The app preserves pending wallet-swap details so it can check confirmation instead of requesting a second swap.
If the source swap completed but the exchange did not start, the intermediate ETH is in your source wallet. Continue from that ETH with a fresh quote. If the provider delivered ETH but the final swap failed, the ETH is in your receiving wallet; a new destination-swap quote can be needed.
Keep the same browser session during a multi-step route. If recovery data is lost, use the saved hashes and wallet balances to establish which steps completed before starting any replacement step.
Wrong amount, wrong network or delayed refund
Do not attempt to correct a mistaken payment by blindly sending more. Underpayments, overpayments, unsupported networks, expired deposits or missing memos may need provider handling. Recovery and refunds are subject to the route operator’s ability to recover the asset and any applicable checks or costs.
For an investigation, prepare the order ID, mode, source transaction hash, asset and network, amount, receiving and refund addresses, and the displayed error. Share these privately with the official support contact through which you obtained access to the service. No one needs your signing keys.
A completed source transaction cannot be cancelled by closing the website. Null Cash cannot reverse a blockchain transfer or force a provider’s payout from the tracking screen.
