Troubleshooting & FAQ
Practical answers for wallet, quote, network and transaction problems.
My wallet is connected, but the balance looks wrong
Check the account and network. The app header displays the connected account’s ETH balance on Robinhood Chain; it is not a combined balance across Base, Ethereum, Arbitrum and other networks. Check the source asset in your wallet before funding a route.
Balances refresh automatically, but a failed RPC or a background tab can delay updates. Return to the tab, check your wallet’s explorer and use a displayed retry action. A display error does not mean your balance changed on-chain.
I have tokens. Why does it say insufficient funds?
Token balances and native gas are separate. On the four supported EVM chains, approvals and swaps need ETH on the chain where the transaction happens. Sending all ETH as exchange principal can leave no gas for funding or a later action.
A route with a final destination swap also needs enough receiving-chain ETH for that swap’s gas. The preview’s gas reserve reduces the amount used for the swap.
The provider says completed, but I do not see the funds
Open the destination transaction link and confirm its network, recipient and asset. A wallet may need the token added to its asset list even when the transfer exists on-chain. If the native payout verifier is still waiting, let it continue checking the same order.
Do not fund a second order to fix the first. Save the receipt and follow Tracking & recovery. If the route ends in a wallet swap, receiving ETH is an intermediate step; the final token still needs your confirmation.
Can I send directly from an exchange account?
The supported workflow starts from a wallet you control. Withdraw from the exchange account into your own wallet first, then fund the order. Use your own wallet on the sending chain for refunds.
An exchange deposit address may require a memo or may not handle a provider refund correctly. The app does not verify ownership of an exchange account or guarantee a credit there.
The page closed during an approval or swap
Check whether the transaction was submitted, then inspect its existing hash. If the approval succeeded but no swap or stake was submitted, the funds have not moved just because of the approval.
Reopen the same session and use the confirmation recovery action. If the wallet swap already completed, continue from its actual output instead of swapping the original amount again.
Why can’t I withdraw my stake or see rewards?
Withdrawal requires the exact UTC unlock time to have passed on-chain. The minimum lock can be up to fourteen days because expiry is aligned to a weekly boundary. Make sure you are using the original wallet and staking release.
Claimable rewards depend on funded and allocated ETH. There is no fixed APY, and a positive stake does not guarantee a positive reward balance. See the staking guide for claims and expired positions.
The app says new staking is not open
The current staking release is closed for new stakes, or its status cannot be verified. You can still exchange and access eligible staking withdrawals and claims. The staking switch does not control exchange orders or provider availability.
The old Relayers and Explore pages relate to the previous pool system. Their absence from the main navigation has no effect on the current provider exchange. Their links remain in Contracts & earlier releases.
